AI is really taking off in 2025, especially in the crypto space and with decentralized apps. Here are five key projects making waves. 1. Bittensor (TAO) This is a decentralized AI network that rewards users for training and sharing AI models. It's all about open, uncensored AI development. 2. Fetch.ai (FET) / ASI Alliance They create AI agents that handle things like supply chain management and automating DeFi processes. Since they joined the ASI alliance, their business applications are really expanding. 3. Render Network (RNDR) This project provides decentralized GPU resources for AI, video rendering, and graphics work. It’s a great solution to meet the growing demand for computing power at more affordable prices. 4. Internet Computer (ICP) It allows AI models and applications to run directly on the blockchain. This means AI can operate fully decentralized, without needing external servers. 5. Velvet Capital This platform combines DeFi with AI tools. Some cool features include: - Velvet Unicorn AI Agent: Offers market insights, trend analysis, price forecasts, and strategy advice. - Automates treasury management, risk assessments, and portfolio adjustments. - Upcoming: AI-driven trading bots and hedge fund solutions. The community is super engaged with trading events, competitions like the wild ongoing crazy 48h phase 9, plus token incentives. Velvet is all about making advanced DeFi tools user-friendly while pushing AI into the spotlight. These projects clearly show how AI is moving from just hype to actually useful solutions. Did I leave out any important ones?

It will really be good for people to be very careful as their are many altcoins that are heavily manipulated. Many of them that people thought to be a great project were later disappointing people. Such disappointing projects are common in this year. You will see them pump and later they will dump. I am just implying that people should be careful and invest the amount of money that you can afford to lose.

Fluctuations in altcoins are common, as they're influenced by both manipulation and hype. This AI project has been overhyped in the past, which is common among altcoins. One must understand such things in altcoins. However, I personally think this AI-themed altcoin is quite sound, fundamentally, as it offers the services that underpin its project. I invested in Bittensor and RNDR because of the previous narrative of big data being the center of attention and AI development. Of course, with relatively small amounts of money invested in altcoins, I passed on ICP.

LOL, I've invested in the worldcoin thinking that it will be profitable for this year. Yeah, the AI hype and it's owned by the OpenAI. I thought that I'd make a quick bucks with it but then, I've just got into losses. A bad decision on my end, after my terrible decision with the memecoins. I've got invested into some AI projects and lost in paper. But the amount is bearable and fine and I can afford to lose that.

No one is stopping anyone from trying to invest in any of this altcoins, but what is most important is that we should only invest what we can afford to lose and not invest what we will regret later and lose heavily on. Just like how any investment is that involves risk, such is how altcoins are and they involve higher risks also. Altcoins are high profitable investment that the reward comes in a short time but that’s how unprofitable they can be within a short time if you invest wrongly. So to be at a safer zone with bitcoin investment, we should invest wisely with what we can afford to lose.

Yes, that's why I've invested on it because I've got that money that I have afford to lose. Although with mistakes after mistakes, this is how I learn. Sold too early and invested into the wrong projects, what else can I do? but I guess it's now minimal to do those mistakes and start correcting them already. So, for those who are into AI coins, there were some who have been profitable but unfortunately, the one that I've chosen didn't went into fruition and made me losses.

We can say that TAO and RENDER will continue to perform well next year, but I believe ICP is now a dead project. ICP has been quiet for a long time. After seeing such high prices and FDV, I don't think altcoins that remain quiet and calm will achieve anything. I am undecided about FET, and this is the first time I have heard of Velvet Capital. As I mentioned earlier, the ones I will consider investing in are TAO and RNDR.We can add to these, but as long as projects continue to enter the market with high FDV, they seem doomed to be deleted.

All the projects you mentioned do have fundamentals that we can clearly see. However, no matter how good an AI project is, if the community hype surrounding it is lacking, the value of its coin will still struggle to rise. Two years ago, I also observed many AI projects, one of which was FET. However, I eventually shifted my focus solely to Worldcoin. Despite the controversies surrounding it, Worldcoin has consistently performed well for short-term trading, and its price chart is relatively easy to interpret. Although WLD is currently in a bearish trend as it seems to be chasing the Lower Shadow that was formed, every time there is a major correction, I always want to buy it. A few days later, the coin usually rises by at least 5%, sometimes 10%, from the correction price. I immediately sell it and enjoy the profit. I keep repeating this, and it brings me profit.

These are 5 projects that are already running so I'm not sure with many more innovative new entrants, making the competition of AI projects even harder to determine which one is more worth investing in. If you look at the data from Coinmarketcap the most interesting to me is Story Protocol. It's just that everyone is waiting for the altseason so the alt project is very dependent on that phase.

If there's an opportunity for everyone and we have to wait, it's better to wait for ICP to reach a new ATH, which is more attractive and offers greater profits. After all, ICP's ATH is very tempting, with a price increase from the current one. However, that seems unlikely, considering the network doesn't have many users and the service is similar, especially since they've already implemented a token unlock, which has further inflated their token price. It's a real shame. If I hadn't chosen Story Protocol, it wouldn't be as appealing to me. If Bittensor weren't among them, I would definitely have chosen Story Protocol.

I still remember when in 2024 a friend suggested buying some ICP before it touched $15 and I managed to make quite a profit from it but after entering the next period the price was increasingly worrying back to the previous price. For now, the problem with ICP is the lack of a successful ecosystem. We know that their network although quite new with the lack of support from the community will be very difficult to grow further.

ICP was overhyped before and made this project too much, most people were annoyed with the price which had dropped drastically from its peak price, it was probably more than 90% of the price drop and yesterday it didn't get good adoption even though the AI trend was booming again, they were relatively stagnant and yes there were no profitable ecosystem projects there making their community over time disappear and move to a friendlier and more peaceful chain, a lot of developers also moved apparently because building a protocol on ICP wouldn't be profitable for them if the community was too lost.

In my opinion, Bittensor (TAO) is the only project with long-term viability; I’m staying away from the rest. TAO has genuine potential. I’ve been tracking it since its early stages, and the development speed and price action during 2024 were impressive. If the bull run continues through next year, I’m calling a $1,000 price target. But once the bear market officially kicks in, It’s bound to have a massive dump eventually

Memecoins are not even coins which we are suppose to be targeting, because they are too risky, and no matter the analysis which you do, you won’t be right always. I don’t always encourage people to invest in meme coins, and i dont always invest in meme coins just because of the risk which is involved it. You going to find it difficult right now to get a good meme coin, most of the coins out there are just scam, they are created by scammers just to earn money, thats why it’s just difficult to invest in all this meme coins.

Yeah, I've stopped investing into them and if a friend of mine tells me he's invested into it. I'm telling him good luck because that's it is all about, being lucky on the memecoins that they have chosen. They think that they'll be the same with the influencers marketers who are sharing how lucky they are invested to the memecoins earlier than the others. It's risky and it's become a honey pot for many scammers. Newbies that haven't experienced losing money there are likely to fall but those who have lost money in it already will avoid it.

Imo, out of all 5 projects, the only one with prospects is Bittensor. Internet Computer (ICP) is dead chain. I was a big fan to this chain prior to the Mainnet launch. I liked the fact that you don't need to have seed phrases to access your Mainnet account but then I lost my account and couldn't access it so that's why I stopped believing. It's an innovative concept but it wasn't implemented well. I said the chain is dead because almost no one uses it and users and TVL is almost at all time low. ASI Alliance — Fetch AI was good back in the day and I had hope for their AI alliance/merge but I think it didn't get much traction and one of the teams in the alliance pulled out. Render— this is like the only other project aside bittsensor that I think have some value proposition but I'm largely unfamiliar with it. I know about it mainly just from the hype it used to have. Wtf is Velvet Capital? ai insights? There are like 1000+ crypto projects that offer similar value. Crypto does need more high quality AI projects that actually makes a difference.
