Building real value

For the past decade plus, I've watched tons of videos about making money and getting rich. I even made some cash online playing the game Habbo Hotel by running a "not so legal" casino (which was actually fine back then). I kept at it, but ended up with nothing in my bank account. It's wild how people online just don’t pay up. *(I ended up using my Habbo profits for rent and slowly sold everything off.) I noticed the same pattern with Bitcoin. I started with Dogecoin since I wasn't savvy enough to jump into Bitcoin right away, thinking it might rise faster in value. I invested 20 euros, watched it climb to 0.30 per 1000, and sold everything on the Dogecoin forum in an hour, making 80 euros in profit. I was so pumped that I just decided to quit trying to earn more. It was overwhelming and I lost control. Bitcoin followed the same hype train but on a bigger scale. Everyone jumped on board, ignoring all the manuals and guides about farming, just throwing real-life cash at Bitcoin. It was like a quick-rich scheme. And it did work, some got rich, while others sold early like me because they needed cash in real life. Now, fast forward a few years, and the crypto scene feels 'dead'. No trades happening, no excitement, no community just greed and ignorance. No vibe left. It feels like all the original rules have vanished, and now it’s just an option, not a path. People aren’t buying or trading, just dull chats while rich folks sit on their cash, scared of the dips and in a constant state of panic. I get it, the digital world can be terrifying with so many scammers and hackers, which is probably why most people are hesitant.

Op you would have shortened the message that you are trying to communicate, you were saying different things at the same time on the thread. But from what I can pickup from your thread is you are talking about creating value by improving on yourself either by capacity development or making investment on the digital and crypto spaces. Value creation means that one should be conscious about developing or improving his current situation by adding new things for the purpose of self development. If we are to add value to ourselves in terms of our finances we should be ready to spend money in in terms of investment.

From your story, seems you see many speculation, hype, fear and human greed. From my experiences wealth can be categorizes by its creation, by speculation or by value. Many people can make money from hype, timing and speculation but it doesn't mean they  can create value which needed by society. healthy financial condition can be build from solving human problem, create useful product or build system that improves the quality of life for others.Todays many seeking liquidity exit as focus not creating value because today world more values sensation /virality than its substance, in other world society which represent market doesn't always reward quality quickly. I think money only representation of our value and people trust, value not gone from society but due to digital information era make hype, distrction and noise bigger which make value hard to discren, we can see it from phenomena of everyone want high quality things but only a few willing to pay the process behind it.

Yeah, this is a car crash of a thread premise. Talking about money earned from Habbo hotel - the problem was you didn't reinvest it in something that grows your wealth further, like a new business or buying shares in companies, instead you just used it to settle bills at the time. That tells me it wasn't that profitable if you could barely use it to scrape your rent together and actually more like a side hustle, but there's nothing wrong with that. You have to look at wealth accumulation differently if you want to be truly free though, the money that you accrue should be working hard for you every day to earn more money and doing it while you sleep - otherwise you're just going to remain a hamster on a treadmill that stops when you step off it.

We keep hearing that a lot but just look at the market is continuing, alive and kicking. The hypes will continue to exist and the narratives that we get per cycle is different. And that shows how this niche is pretty much lively. The trades are actually there and that shows through the volumes that each pair gets from the traders globally. If not going to base on that, the actual volume that an exchange gets is a lot. How much are they? billions? trillions? so much.

I think this is your mistake, as you spend most of your time watching so-called make-money videos online and not getting your hands dirty IRL. Buying and holding crypto is not a skill. Selling digital products as a digital artist is like entering a red ocean, and if you find these kinds of goods/services priced cheaply, it's just simple supply and demand. "The world is never wrong" in the sense that people must adapt to survive, even if the world's view is wrong, as you can't change it. High-value stuff is created through mastery of high-value skills, so pick one and start working.

You only say that because you are looking at the dark side of cryptocurrency, the cryptocurrency is open and free, the cryptocurrency is so popular now that so many people are coming in with their own intention and plans, why dead? When the market is robust, many countries and industries have adopted cryptocurrency. Look on the bright side, we are better now and will continue to be better.

The scale may be broken, but the rule is still the same and quite simple: you have to add value to people's lives if you want to make a solid income from. I think you should stop wasting time on 'get rich quickly' methods you watch on the internet, because they aren't sustainable and you have already noticed that. So, identify what people is demanding in daily life on your area and try to supply them accordingly. Basic needs is always a profitable niche, because that is something people will be always spending money on. Or if you have a profession, you can check where it's valued and demanded, so you can give it a try by moving yourself to a new place where there are potential jobs.

This stupid for the OP to say that the crypto world is dead when it has actually developed and advanced penetrating into several private and public sectors/industries in a way that they can't even really ignore adopting it as it were some years ago. In the crypto space you have to be smart in making your investment decisions and where you are unable to do this and get way up profitable but losses, the space would always look boring for you and all you can be looking at is the dark side just as OP has done.

Once you have the mindset of creating something new, which could be in form of an idea or a suggestion that you could bring up as a solution to a challenge people are facing, then you stand the right chance to make yourself on a better edge for earning, because your service will be demanded for and such could be an opportunity for you to have a source that can generate you some income.

The only thing the world responds to is value, even power is a value. Now you can either become a value yourself and let other hire you or you create value and let others work for you. But at the other end it's not thar easy to create value that would give you that comfort that every human desires. Behind every valuable person out there, there are series of training and discipline they put themselves in that made them what they are today. And if you wish to leave that life irrespective of whatever career you have chosen to pursue you have to build value to get there starting with knowledge.

That can only happen if people see the value of it, because some people will deliberately choose to ignore your sacrifice despite knowing that it worth it just because of envy. We are the ones preventing our growth and development, because we're not happy to see other people succeed in life. Creativity is what keeps our societies moving, being lucrative can also contribute greatly to our societies, but it has to be in a way that could benefit others. Some people have a lot of talent, but they don't have ability to showcase their talents, and what they need is support, assurance and encouragement from their societies, or communities. Sharing information and ideas from different source (from different groups of people) is one of the major keys to ensure the development of our society.
