Hey everyone, I’m on the hunt for some Paxful alternatives. They stopped operating in my state, so I gotta find a decent substitute. If you have any suggestions, hit me up. I’m located in California, USA.

Try with agoradesk.com - USA is a supported country + quick look at their terms, I didn't see any restrictions for US folks. It's also worth noting, it's a privacy leaning p2p platform so no KYC needed.

OKX would also be cool... They've extended their services to even more countries/countys(including yours)... I dunno know about how responsive they can be but I can say they're certainly effective. I'm afraid you'll need a to process your KYCs as they won't let you process anything without it.... They've also got the same strategy as Remitano does. Sandra 🧑‍🦰

You want P2P services right? Paxful and Localbitcoins were already leading this industry to be honest. But sadly localbitcoins shut their operations and everyone shifted to different place. I don’t about country restrictions, but paxful was really doing the work in great pace. Nevertheless OP have you tried the P2P service offered by Binance? If it’s available in your country, then Binance’s P2P can be served as the best one. Else you can try here the Currency Exchange Board to transfer coins into cash.

On top off Agoradesk, OP try checking out Localcoinswap.com. They also do not limit users and do not require KYC verification as of now. The other, much decentralized and noncustodial alternative would be bisq.net. Please check it out too. Binance stop offering US citizens services on their main platform a very long time ago.

I'm not sure where your heard this but it's not true. US folks -- with no state exceptions remains restricted from OKX's custodial services which includes their so called "p2p market". This is what happens if you come from a US IP address on OKX: Regulations are honestly tough in the USA, I can't think of any other custodial centralized exchange that allows US folks in their hybrid p2p/c2c market. Best course for op is to find a privacy leaning p2p exchange that sits on the grey line.

I am a co-founder a Paxful and few months ago launched a better alternative for Paxful that avoids all scams, fraud and phishing. It's called unigox.com We now use ZK TLS for automatic fiat payments verification, so no more uploading screenshot and no more chats between a buyer and seller. So it's p2p, but automated and chatless. Currently we have only USDT and USDC support on EVM and Solana, but we are adding soon BTC and lightning. We have Android app out, free gasless stablecoin transactions. If anybody who wants to become a vendor or a merchant selling crypto for profit, please reach out to our Telegram.
