With the year wrapping up, I’ve got a list of things I’m planning to do as we head into 2026 to make sure I’m in a good spot: 1. Take a good look at my wallet, ditch the deadweight tokens, and pick up some that actually bring returns. 2. Get involved in one competition or bounty at a time. Right now, I’m focused solely on TCC Phase 23. 3. Get more integrated into the Base ecosystem since there's a lot to gain there. 4. Build my network: hop into new crypto communities and hit more live events. That’s what I got for now. What’s your strategy for 2026?

If you guys are really good in trading and are participating those trading competitions, that's good for you. You'll be honing your trading skills and you'll make the best for yourself. Not all traders have to participate in any of them but if that's part of your bucket list, you'll fulfill that soon. Although others have to remember that it's not that required at all to make their bucket list make it into reality since we're the one who will do it.

I think that's a positive thinking to have as against 2026, making sure your wallet is clean and focusing on more productive and smart tokens is really a good way to go!! and clearly by limiting yourself to a bounty or a competition at a time will surely help you stay very consistent. Lately, the Base Ecosystem seems to be growing in a very rapid mode so staying glued and well positioned around it will be a very good move. Networking is really a key component of establishing new and progressive connections with new individuals who are likely to think in the same direction as you.

your plan for 2026 looks really sick. And concentrating on base is absolutely intelligent. Less fee and the backup of Coinbase makes base absolutely fire right now for real. Users acting all crazy here, big ass dex, defi, social fi and NFT, all these are making the builders take up projects more and more. It is one of the fastest growing L2 ecosystems. My thing is getting rid of useless tokens and being more invested in a big ass project. A lot of traders bite off more than they can chew. And face losses. Base is based on Ethereum and the user base is increasing day by day. So positioning yourself early here might be a really sick move. And most of the time going to events yourself can actually get you ideas faster than the people online. That is how you catch trends and ride the wave to make money

These two will still keeping you regretting your 2025 crypto journey. It is simple as chasing out dog in your house and getting a donkey, you still have a crawling animal on fours in your house. If you keep doing same thing over and over, you don't expect a different result. So all the parable is say if you want to remove unproductive shitcoins from your wallet and you are joining crypto networking investment program, you are still going to acquire those kinds of shit coins you dumped. Networking are not the best way to get a coin. You can buy a high quality coin direct from a reputable exchange or you buy Bitcoin. But to register with a networking group in 2026, will mean set back instead of moving forward.

It's great that you're positioning yourself where you see potential, I hope your plans are successful. It's also good to get rid of unnecessary coins and switch to more promising altcoins. My 2026 plans are to invest in more major altcoins, gradually investing as much as I can, because the current prices seem very cheap to me. Maybe they'll get even cheaper, but right now they're trading at good prices for buying.

Better do not expect any rapid change in altcoin space just because of 2026. Moreover, you can expect simply a continuation of this year to be extending in 2026 as well. So, clearing your wallet and looking for more productive tokens do not make any sense to me. I mean, why you did not follow these in the beginning of 2025 and clogged your wallet with unproductive tokens? In my speculation, altcoins are going to be more frustrating in 2026 than what we are having right now. I mean, range bounded markets and delisting coins and tokens from exchanges will leave you to hate them to follow. Personally I do not have any big plans for 2026 with altcoins and I will simply continue my DCA with bitcoin only.

My plan in 2026 is just plain and simple, do what is working from me im not going to do multitasking then get burn out along the way, focus on what give more, or try to one or two but not so much, that you don't know what is the priority, many people can do multi task, but not everyone, if you are just getting started just focus on one thing, then if its already easy that's the time you add another one. Right now im going for investing since its january everything is fresh and the market is a little low that is a good timing as for the cycle is on the right path.

Bitcoin experienced a period of strong growth and consistently reached all-time highs throughout 2025, but the vast majority of altcoins performed extremely poorly. Most of them fail to reach ATH, and even consistently hit new lows every time Bitcoin corrects. And now, with Bitcoin potentially entering a bear market in 2026, focusing on altcoins at this stage is probably not a good idea. Because altcoins depend on Bitcoin, and if the price of Bitcoin falls, it's difficult for them to grow. Therefore, I completely agree with you, we should focus on accumulating Bitcoin and stay away from altcoins in 2026. I think reinvesting in altcoins should only be considered when Bitcoin enters a new growth phase (the 2028 halving).

Yeah base is looking good rn and they reward creators too, I just downloaded the base app and I'm looking forward to exploring.. for tokens, BGB would be one of the tokens I'll be focused on accumulating more, offers like these are what I'll be using . Anyways the plan is set, it's time for execution

'Planning' is usually for the harder stuff but the ones you are talking about there is I think not even hard or it was only the same as what you are already doing. You got a point though about burn out and stuff but it is also nice to try something new sometimes. It might make us to improve even more. Now if we are decided, we also don't need to wait for a perfect timing like a New Year but it is better if we can just start them right away. Not only we can't waste time but it can as well help us to get less disappointed and not continue anymore once we think that we aren't making a progress. Anyways, the reason would be on why the market is usually low in the beginning of each year, is that people have no or only have small money left for celebrating the Holiday Season .

Of these options, I don't agree with the second option which will only waste your time if you have a real job. It is necessary to learn more about other altoins, but try to focus on several altcoins to be able to find out what the future and utility of certain altcoins are. My plan remains the same as several years ago, still doing DCA on altcoins that I think have good potential in the future.

my vision is to become a better trader in 2026 so that I will have the ability to make some bucks for myself without having to depend on anyone. Bitcoin trading is sweet from all indications and people who know how to do it i.e people with the trading skills and experience hardly lack money to eat or sustain themselves because they can just hop on a good trade and cash out some bucks for their activities of the day. That’s the situation I want to find myself next year
