So, Elon Musk just dropped the bomb that SpaceX is set to go public in 2026 and is aiming for a whopping 1.5 trillion dollar valuation.
Are you guys planning to grab some shares? Count me in.
SpaceX Going Public

Interesting. Something to look into for sure.
That values Elons stake at 630 billion dollars. He will become the worlds first trillionaire upon completion of the IPO.
The only way I know of to buy SpaceX stock currently is the Solana prestocks program.
This is the contract address: PreANxuXjsy2pvisWWMNB6YaJNzr7681wJJr2rHsfTh
I would not mess around with tokenization of anything. If it's not coming from a legit exchange
or brokerage it's probably a scam. You can get limited exposure to SpaceX through a brokerage
like Robinhood or Schwab.
I'm not trying to sell tokens or promote shitcoin chains... It is a legitimate offering by a real company with a large financial backing or else I wouldn't have posted the address. The lack of liquidity makes it more of a plaything for small investors than a serious investment for big money.
The implied value is a 50% discount to the expected IPO price which is a red flag but also a potential opportunity

Another way to get direct exposure to SpaceX is to buy shares from sites like Hiive or EquityZen and that is what I would advise if people are playing with big money (accredited investors).
Nothing takes the place of shares bought from the IPO. That is what I'll be buying.
Is SpaceX even profitable? How big is their revenue? This seems like yet another overvalued high tech company. Their biggest client is the US government, but what if Trump and Musk start a feud again? I know that SpaceX has a technological advantage over all the competitors in the space industry, but I also know that sooner or later, every industry leader gets dethroned. Why Musk has decided to make SpaceX public next year? Many speculative investors might be interested in this IPO, but I'm not one of them. Musk forgot about his promise in regards to Bitcoin, so I don't trust him anymore.
Yes. $13 billion (up 50% yoy). The biggest revenue generator is Starlink, not government services. I dont suffer from TDS. SpaceX has always planned to go public when they became profitable. Bitcoin is up nearly 500% since Musk bought on behalf of SpaceX and Tesla.
The big revenue drivers like the Golden Dome and Moon/Mars settlements havent even started yet. This is the most no-brainer investment of all time.
If SpaceX doesnt triple from its IPO price within 4 years (outpacing Bitcoin by nearly double in that time period), I will delete this post.
I cannot as it is not listed in my country.
I'd have to form an LLC in the US. Some 500 Bucks plus extras.

Very good point. We have seen how the Trump and Musk feud can go and also we have seen how far Trump can go when ever he is having a feud with someone.
It is really scary because If Trump and Elon have any fallout Trump will try to attack Elon's company which SpaceX is among. Although this is not to say this reason makes buying into SpaceX a bad decisions but this is something you should also be aware of.
But why? It's an average earning business with huge risks associated to it and plenty of examples of very expensive rockets blowing up, which hold very expensive payloads. If you're lucky you might get some sort of Tesla effect where he's able to capitalize on first mover advantage for a few years, but countries and companies are already aiming to match what he's offering at most likely much cheaper rates. We are currently in a time of constricting options for space travel but there is a lot of investment going into it by NASA and Boeing as well. If any company can produce it cheaper they will instantly grab market share away from SpaceX. The fact that Elon is a drug addled maniac who cannot help delving into politics - which could result in many contracts being lost, is yet another reason to steer clear.
There's no investment without risk. So will be buying too.
I believe it's going to have FOMO and short term spike but I will just take it as a share that either makes it or not
So wouldn't be fixated.
According to what I read it's price ranged around $200-$400+ per unit share in the secondary market.
Lol atleast let me be a shareholder in a Rocket creating company.
Your comment is delusional. It is funny what people choose to believe. Imagine thinking NASA could compete with SpaceX on costs
or thinking SpaceX rocket tests are failures because they blew up (the expected result)
or thinking SpaceX will lose contracts as theyre beginning to work on the Golden Dome. Average earning business. LOL
It is always nice to hear the other argument. It makes it very easy to determine what is true and what is made up by crazy liberals.
Edit: The token I posted is up 30% since I posted it and rising fast
SpaceX is about to pass all the rest of humanity combined for flights to space. Impressive given the ~60 year head start the rest of the world had.
They're now saying the IPO could exceed 2 trillion dollars. Can they just do it already!?!?! Elon went from saying this was going to be an IPO for retail to doubling the price before sales went live!
SpaceX expected to start trading under the ticker SPCX as early as June 12. Looks like Elon is going to miss his 6/9 target date by a few days
Im getting ready to start moving funds around to prepare for this one. Hope I can get some at the IPO price.
Looks like the official SpaceX prospectus will be released on Wednesday. I imagine that it will begin to become clear how to best invest in the IPO at that point. As of now, Im hearing that ETrade is the best chance at getting in for retail investors, so I recommend opening an ETrade account if you want to get in on the IPO.
SpaceX has officially filed for an IPO! This will be the largest IPO in history and the most exciting company to go public possibly ever. I will be trying like hell to get in on it. Ive got multiple different brokerage accounts loaded up and ready to go. Expecting to see an opportunity to file participation interest tomorrow now that it is official!
Found on X. I thought it might be useful information (and I wanted to have it for myself).

The new Starfall capsules are pretty crazy. I think they are going to make traditional plane bombers obsolete. It is actually a little bit scary what Elon Musk is building. Sure, I trust Elon wont do anything crazy, but I have real concerns about what happens with all this tech when he dies. His successor might not have the same thoughts on humanity.
A $321,435 investment in the SpaceX IPO will make you a millionaire when it hits $420.
The more I hear about the disasters that are terrestrial data centers, the more I think SpaceX will be the largest company in the world someday.
That money is pulled from all sources, here you have the reason why Crypto is hurt, or less worth.
Money is not endless.
