Do you already have an official announcement? If you don't have one yet, it's better to open one HERE so people and those who want to be part of your project can learn more about it. By the way, I voted for Real utility / gameplay mechanics in your poll. I believe many will vote for this option, so you'll know where to focus more while building your project. I believe every project lives or dies on its usefulness to the community and what it is trying to solve, so focus more on this aspect, it's easy to market this kind of project.
