Resilience is that very quality that keeps you going even when others stop believing, it is what makes an entrepreneur push and pull through irrespective of any kind of external pressure. Let take a look at Satoshi Nakamoto for example, when he released the Bitcoin whitepaper in 2008, am sure that most people may not have even understand what he was trying to achieve. Some may even have doubted Bitcoin's credibility due to Nakamoto's complete anonymity. Irrespective of that, he kept building, kept making improvements where necessary.  If he had given up just just like others because of the world's initial doubt, we may not even have Bitcoin today, talk of less having this forum. What kept our very own Nakamoto from not quitting wasn’t just knowledge or passion, it was simply resilience

Embracing failure can be attributed to being a resilient person. If you are resilient enough, you won’t just quit from your business just because of the consistent losses, but rather you learn to embrace your mistakes and losses that lead you to your failure, and after that you start improving your business mindset and change your strategies that will certainly suit to the kind of business you are trying to establish. Resilience stands out from all the traits here, but for a business to be well-established and gain the maximum profits possible, simply put, for our business to succeed, we need all the positive traits listed above.

If you are a disciplined entrepreneur, most likely you have good decision-making that will help you achieve the high productivity and efficiency of your own business. You know how to attract customers attention because you are more accountable and responsible as an entrepreneur, so it won’t be surprising why majority of disciplined owners end up with a highly successful business. Everything should be done with discipline, otherwise your business will never achieved the target goal why you invest in your business in the first place.

Of all the qualities of an entrepreneur, the one that stands out to me the most is the "visionary". A visionary leader will naturally posses the other qualities and without vision you cannot run an organization effectively. When you meet a visionary leader running a business, you will be able to feel how infectious their passion is and how adaptable they are to their environment. They have creative ways to solve problems which follows with innovation. In terms of communication skills they are very assertive and very daring. They do not take no for an answer and will take risk when it is possible. There are other qualities but these are the topmost.

Being an entrepreneur comes with a lot of qualities as a person and also one of the major things I expect an entrepreneur to possess is sacrifice, patient and ability to always think outside of the box or comfort zone. This is my get to do and most important quality you should have as an entrepreneur for a successful running of a profitable business. Sacrifice has to do with hard work, time factor and dedication to your work towards seeing yourself achieving your pre-determined goals. Sacrifice is important for every business to thrive as an entrepreneur. You need to also be patient while growing your business, it may take a while, it might happen very soon, once you know you’re on the right track and progressing, just be patient and you’ll see yourself expanding more and getting to achieve your goals. The ability to think outside the box has to do with ways to bring more patronage to your business. We are in a digital world, you should be able to input your business into a more feasible way to advertise and to sell to customers without having them coming to see your products physically before buying them.

I think just creativity and disciplines covers it all as essential quality of being a successful entrepreneur. Creativity illuminates your mind to provide solutions or creating new ideas that may be of people's needs, it flags your mind up to find usefulness out of something useless to the community. It also thrives ambitions to enjoy researching to break the walls. Discipline helps you to stay focused and good financial management up roaring to achieve greater accountability

I think visionary and creativity is the most important, because creative mindset helps in providing solution to problems and think of various ways to improve as an entrepreneur. While a visionary has an insight and purpose on how they picture the future , without having a vision one can’t handle an organization well , it gives the ability to think outside of the box , it enables one carry out research on how to move the organization effectively So if an entrepreneur has  a visionary and creative mindset  their is a every tendency to strive high in the business .

I believe that curiosity is one of the most important factors. Everything we do starts with it, whether for good or bad. Curiosity always pushes us forward, and from there we discover a whole new world of learning that takes us even further. And from that, a passion for something can be born... In short, I think curiosity will always be the starting point.

Creativity stands out to me. It is the ability to develop something new or add value to an existing product or service. Most businesses fail because they have nothing new to offer customers, they apply a copy and paste service like existing ones. A creative entrepreneur will not lack customers because they would always have something to offer that is different, even in a saturated market. Patience is another virtue that is important for business owners. Some entrepreneurs think they will start making money immediately after the business commences. In most cases, profit-making in business takes some time.  That is why the business owner must be patient to keep running the venture even when there is no profit. Business is not a get-rich-quick scheme; that is why Patience is important.

All of these points represent almost everything needed to be a successful entrepreneur. I also want to add a few things like being able to innovate and also having high perseverance. Because based on several experiences in the field, I see that several businesses that are always able to survive in economic conditions that are actually not easy like today are those that have innovations that are truly acceptable to everyone. Which means a combination of innovation and the ability to recognize market needs. because a business basically has to take an idea from something that is still rare or does not yet exist on the market. Meanwhile, people need this. And that is a business opportunity. After that, we develop it. By analyzing and researching well. And make good plans and strategies to carry it out. And the biggest challenge for entrepreneurs is marketing. Because intense competition sometimes becomes an obstacle to getting regular customers. Or get lots of consumers. We know that sometimes it seems like we have a new idea that no one else has discovered. But when we start a business idea, sometimes a few weeks later, don't be surprised if our business idea starts to be copied by other people. And in this case we really have to find different creativity and innovation so that we don't lose out in the competition. And the most important thing is to maintain quality.

An important quality of a good and successful entrepreneur is the ability to see the bigger picture and clearly define the end goal they need to reach. It's also essential to be able to map out the steps toward that goal and to rationally allocate and utilize resources. However, this is more of a learned skill than a personality trait. It's especially helpful when there is someone to learn from, it makes the journey easier and faster.

Satoshi Nakamoto literally did quit his online presence and bitcoin development. So maybe it's not a best example of keeping on building, unless quitting was part of the plan all along. But when it comes to attributes OP mentioned: For sure, they are something needed for any entrepreneur. However they are not just for entrepreneurs, but more like a generic list of qualities for being successful at life in general.

All of these  qualities are very important to have as an entrepreneur but it's not compulsory you must have a 100% of these qualities to succeed. About a 70% of them all is sufficient to take you through the path of success. But if you're lucky to possess them all then it's a plus. Some people are afraid to start a business because they think they will fail. A good entrepreneur should embrace and not be afraid of failure. Failure isn't as bad as some view it. Failing along the way shouldn't be anything to deter you as an entrepreneur but should be able to gain an experience from such failure and build strive on. In a nutshell, an entrepreneur doesn't seem failure as an obstacle but a means to gain further experience.

The absence of money in the list of things to look out for shows that money is not an element that should be prioritized if other things are not present for an individual to become an entrepreneur. The 13 points ranging from passion to visionary attitude are important to become a successful entrepreneur because when faced with various challenges, solutions to handle them can be done well. There is one that you didn't mention and that is honesty. This is very important in creating a sense of comfort for yourself and others such as business partners and employees.

An entrepreneur that is afraid of failures is also afraid to improve. Experiencing failures strengthens your foundation in running your business . For every failure you overcome, you improve not just your business but also your outlook in life. Successful entrepreneurs don't instantly reach what they have in life, they experienced hundreds of failures first and went through a lot before achieving their goal. What's important when experiencing those hardships is to never quit. You only fail the moment you give up.

People are thinking that being an Entrepreneur is Easy and life of him is easy, but actually that is very hard because he has multiple businesses to handle and they are reading books for which they need knowledge. Among all the qualities listed, I consider this the most important of all. Right from childhood in school, I realized that I didn't really do well with subjects I wasn't passionate about. Same goes with real life adult situations.  Zero passion means no zeal to even try to be committed and dedicated to ensure that the idea grows into something very successful. Everything would require some push or force, which is not good motivation for business. Every entrepreneur will strive more with ideas they have passion for. The passion alone is great motivation to work hard and see it grow.

You are right, these are qualities a good entrepreneur should have in order to be successful in their business. Above all, an entrepreneur should also have the ability to take risk and to manage risk. Risk management is very important in all aspect of business, and risk taking is also very important. An entrepreneur needs to always take risk to try something new in order to maximize their profit. Furthermore, an entrepreneur should always think vast, they should be thinking outside the box so that they can oversee the entire demand of people so that they can get their target when supplying goods to people, and they will make good money on time. Finally, an entrepreneur should always avoid missing business with pleasure, avoid taking loan to establish what you can’t afford to pay on time, and also avoid selling on credit.
