Cardano/ADA Some on Ledger, Missing Thousands Staked?

Hey everyone I just checked my Ledger wallet and my altcoins. I thought I had my ADA staked through Daedalus wallet since I have a link saved in my notes, plus a link to a forum that’s no longer around. Then I found a note saying I’m missing a few thousand ADA. I just went to the Daedalus website and installed it. I had the choice to restore using Daedalus or Yoroi. Pretty sure I don’t have a recovery phrase, so it must be on my Ledger, right? From what I remember, I moved all my ADA to the Ledger, but the balance shows I'm a few thousand short. What should I do now? I clicked on the recovery options for Daedalus and Yoroi, but I’ve got this feeling that some ADA is floating around out there and I might have lost it without that recovery phrase. Thanks!
