Not sure why I'm posting this, but it feels like it needs to be said. A lot of folks around us seem obsessed with get-rich-quick schemes. Nobody wants to put in the time to work hard, invest smart, or better themselves; everyone just wants fast cash without doing the right things to earn it. I just saw that a lot of recent arrests are happening because of impatience and greed, plus all that pressure people put on themselves. Take a look around most people don’t even bother reading terms and conditions anymore. They’re just chasing easy money without thinking twice about the consequences. This leads to them getting scammed. And when they’re so focused on quick gains, they often find themselves stuck and unable to see a way out. So here's my two cents: good things take time to pay off. Stay patient and keep grinding at whatever you’re doing. There’s definitely a time for everything.

In my entire life, I’ve never known any real way to make money except when you get it from your parents as a kid. Real people have to create money. And how do you create money? By generating value for someone else, solving problems, or working. That’s how it works. Other than that, the only way to get money is winning the lottery or getting it from your parents. Most people don’t want to work, they don’t want to create value in other people’s lives, they don’t want to solve problems. they just want everything to come easy. That’s impossible.

To me, i don't see anything wrong if one decide to engage him or herself into any of this schemes that claims to profit their users within a short period of time rather the only thing I would say is that it shouldn't be illegal scheme or something that will ruin one's reputation or put one's life in a dangerous position. So long as it is legal scheme where the risk is among users then I'm fine with it, because it is assume that they already know the risk that is involved before diving into it so whatever outcome they get be it positive or negative it is  for their own benefit and not mine so I have no right to persuade anyone to get out from doing what they think is Best for them rather the only thing which I know is needed is just to advice them after that I will have to give them some space to decide. And surely there is no short cut to success as the journey to success is beyond what we thought nor imagine so the only thing we need to do is to get started and forget about the distance as we can't predict how long it would take, so it is better to get started and stop wasting our precious time in making imagination as this is the most important thing because we May not know when we will get there.

What do you mean by saying "majority of people who get arrested these few days"? You can paste some reference links about your point. People have never been that concerned with reading the terms and conditions on every website they visit. In fact, it's totally the opposite when comparing internet use in the past and in the present, given the doubling of number of users and the doubling of number of aapplications. Yes victims of scam schemes are always people who are leaded by greedness.

People are impatient with the thought of earning extra money, especially if one does not learn how to control oneself, then one cannot control oneself even in the matter of earning that money. Then one wants to become richer in a short time. This is the current situation, you cannot be satisfied with a small income. For example, we dream of becoming rich overnight in a short period of time while investing in something, but in this case, there are some conditions of investment which we do not follow and we invest without complying with them. In this way, we end up losing money instead of making profits due to our excessive restlessness, greed, emotions, etc.

I think the social media becomes a big influence also why do majority of people these days resort into looking for instant money and quick source of income. They are blinded by different advertisements and promotions like in gambling or even in some apps that could turn into schemes once you start trusting your funds to them. Reality is there's no instant money in the world. Everything can be gained through hardwork and perseverance, even in gambling you need to be persistent in betting before you can make big wins.

What people need to realize is that everything that is too good to be true turns out to be a big scam, yet people are still blind to it that's why they often get scammed. And let's be realistic here, because of greed, people have become too lazy to work and just want instant in life. Good things don't come early and that's true, but if you don't work on it and find means to make that happen, no matter how patient you are, you will never come to experience the good things in life.

You will agree with me that what ever we ( I mean majority of humans) don't work hard for to get that we don't appreciate most and as such tend not to take them seriously as we feels like it's really nothing but when we get anything base on the application of energy it could be engaging with physical strength or logical strength then we rate them depending on the output. I want you to know that good things comes easily depending on what good it is and again the problem or challenge we face most time is because our mind has been programmed in such a way that we feel good things don't come easily. Let's work on our mind believe me life will be a little bit easier

In addition, everything works in accordance to the principle of demand and supply as well as buying and selling of goods and services at an agreed rate. It's of no senses to get quick money from scamming and expect a tangible use of funds from it because it does not coincide with natural phenomenon.

Impatience is so widespread these days, and social media is the most significant reason for this. People you see there feel as if they're getting rich easily, which is why they want everything quickly, without putting in much effort, and that's why they fail repeatedly. Good things always come at the right time, sometimes even early. As I said, the right time is what matters. Success without really trying is nearly impossible. People have become so lazy and just want everything to come to them.

Good things do not come like that. You need to do something to make it happen. If you want to make money, you need to work, any work so you can make money. You can work in many ways so you will have a chance to make more money. No fast money you will get but if you do something related to work, you will make money for living. Being patient and consistent are the things you should have so you will still focus on the thing you do. You will not give up because your income is not yet big but you will do many things to grow your income.

Sometimes, it wasn't that they don't come early, but we are the ones responsible for the delay, because it is expected of us to go after them, not waiting for something to come and meet you when you need it the most, instead you run after such to fasten your realization, that is why we should know that in life, if we are not running after something, then there is one running after us, either we like it or not.

The desperation to get everything we see others getting is part of the factor that has greatly contributed to a shift from diligently pursuing after the things that are right and long term worthy to things that just gratifies our short term urges. If you're even looking around to see someone that's actually patient enough to follow due process of getting wealth, you might end up looking and looking and at the end will end up finding non of them at all. For a long lasting wealth that comes with peace of mind, you need an high level of deligence and patience to getting things through due process of not, the way it comes easily, it will still go too easily.

I don't remember when, I think it was around the last 4 of my 8 years on this forum, my account started generating decent revenue. The rest was a mess. Luckily, as a translator, I've been reading more about WP and various project models, which has indirectly broadened my knowledge of the industry. I think the OP was referring to some Nigerian members who are currently being questioned in the Reputation board?

Of course, everything has a process. Even gamblers need patience and skill to win. Freelancers or traditional vendors selling their merchandise must be willing to spend months or even years to determine their year-end profit or loss. Even if there are quick ways to make money, such as trading futures, the risks are much greater outweighed by the potential rewards. Furthermore, it's possible for someone who has already started a business with a reputation, a large customer base, and numerous outlets across various locations. If it only takes a day or a week, it seems completely unreasonable.

There is a saying that the world is moving too fast. Technological advancement has made getting wealthy look simple.  Young people could now start a tech business and, within a few years, build it into a multi-million dollar enterprise. Content creation on social media could easily become a source of income for people. Celebrities and influencers are not helping matters as they constantly show off flamboyant lifestyles and encouraging their followers to do the same. This has made young people and others assume that they can also make money very fast. Criminals are also taking advantage of this get-rich-quick mentality to develop attractive fraudulent ventures to unsuspecting individuals. They are tricked that making money is easier than they think.  These individuals are brainwashed that hard work, diligence, and patience no longer the pathway to success. As long as people keep having this get-rich-quick mentality, they will continue to engage in fraudulent jobs or become victims of scams.

This is a general conception of life but you need to know that life is not a unidirection. The fact that you didn't had easily doesn't mean other people will have it tough. You can wake up today and meet a life changing opportunity that you never expected in your life, it has happened many times, you just need to get yourself prepared and be ready for it. You need to make sure you're prepare, you don't have to wait for good things to come happen to your life. You can't be lucky if you are not making preparation, they both work together.

I will fully agree with you, OP. I know quite alright that good things don't come easy. But there are conditions that some people find themselves in today that leave them with no option other than to do some evil to get the money to sustain their life. However, doing a ritual or putting yourself into something that will later lead you to death tomorrow is not advisable, and that's what's happening mostly in our various communities now. The upcoming younger generations tend not to be following the due process again, they prefer having money even when they sit down without doing nothing, although even that one is not an easy task either, but the best is to wait for your time and work towards your financial stability and growth.

The sad reality of our world is that the majority of people work hard every day and still live from paycheck to paycheck, people barely save any money for emergency situations. Also, inflation devalues their saved money and people have a feeling that they work hard and there is no light in the end of the tunnel. Years pass and they have only collected a few bucks if they are lucky or if they aren't, an emergency situation has eaten their collected money and many of them are even in debt. It's normal that people always look for easy ways to earn money quickly. It's better to learn on someone else's mistakes but if they can't, then soon or later they'll learn on their own mistake that you can't make quick money with no background.

Making money is not some magic trick, it come from creating value solving problems and putting in work. Like you said as kids we only know our parents as people we can collect money from parents but after growing up reality have shown that you need to hustle before you can make money and it is vise versa for most people because when you grow up, your parents stop giving you money and you now have to hustle for it else where. The likes of Dangote and other small business owners do make money by solving problems for people whether it is selling of products or buying of goods because that is the only way you can actually make money. Impatience is a big problem when people think about making extra money particularly when someone does not control themselves, how do you expect them to control the way their money moves. The society we leave today is full of people who are looking frustrated in search of quick money as no one is satisfied with the money they have today, the economy does not help and people do want to live a big man life making it more difficult for them to manage their income and want to go through routes that will provide them quick and abundant income which could lead them to fraudulent activities among others.
