Hey everyone! I just started my job search in the crypto field and thought I’d share my journey while hoping to get some tips from you all. So, a few days back, I sent off a job application to rovoex.com but haven’t heard anything back. It’s got me a bit anxious did I not make it past the first screening? 😟 I’m really eager to work in this industry, but it feels like there are a lot of hurdles. Any advice on how to break into it? I’m also curious about what it’s like to actually work at a crypto company. If anyone has experience in that environment, could you share what it’s like? What’s the vibe like there? How’s the tech scene? I’m thinking maybe I should beef up my resume? Should I learn some new skills or get involved in some open-source projects? Has anyone else been through this job hunt? Would love to hear your stories! For those who landed jobs, what was your secret? And for those who struggled, what were the challenges? Finding a job is definitely difficult, but I’m looking forward to swapping ideas and learning from all of you!

That site that OP mentioned is likely a scam that should be avoided. You registered on this forum on the 6th of this month and decided to indirectly introduce people to a scam exchange? Because the exchange you are referring to was created on September 22nd, 2024 which is not old and not reputable at all. Domain: rovoex.com Registrar: NameSilo, LLC Registered On: 2024-09-22 So I think this is just a made-up story that is full of lies in a way you just want people to know the scam site and maybe try to use it so that they can be scammed.

^ I couldn't even find some articles and such about such and exchange, writing "Rovoex scam" or "Rovoex exchange scam". All I got is this thread, a git repo, and some Chinese websites as well. So I am inclined to believe that's the case.
